Aging with Dignity: ReThink and Aging Together as Community (ATAC) ReThink is proud to partner with Aging Together as Community (ATAC), a non-profit dedicated to reimagining the experience of growing older in the Haliburton Highlands. Together, we are working to ensure that aging is met with dignity, inclusion, and a strong sense of community support. ATAC stands at the forefront of intergenerational care, building a shared vision where older residents are not just supported, but actively heard and valued within their communities.

Empower & Evaluate: Providing the tools for residents to take charge of their future while constantly measuring the impact of their initiatives.
